I have been cooking much more often than usual, with baby number three on the way meal prep has been on my To-Do List for a while. My goal is to have at least 15 meals ready to heat and eat. enspice has really taken my pre baby meal prep to a new level. One thing that I quickly learned after the birth of our first son, was how important it is to have healthy meals readily available after the birth of a baby.

I was given the opportunity to try out enspice for an honest review through the Moms Meet Blogger program and I am so thankful for that! enspice has really helped me up my meal prep game! In my sample kit I received Sri Lanka Cinnamon, Seasoned Salt, Black Pepper, Cape Cod, Chipotle BBQ, and Taco Seasoning. For me when it comes to cooking, you can’t skimp on the spices. After looking into enspice Inc a little more, I learned that their spices are so much more than just another seasoning.
enspice originally started with mission work in Madagascar and Guatemala. Now their mission is to end childhood hunger and malnutrition through their children’s foundation. For each spice that is purchased, they donate one meal. Over 22,000 meals have been donated to date. Wow, talk about an amazing mission and company.
Each enspice seasoning is enhanced with 21 vitamins and minerals from plant based sources like, broccoli, spinach, kale, pumpkin, sweet potato, sunflower seed, kelp, chlorella, maitake mushroom and shiitake mushroom. Each enspice seasoning is also non-GMO, kosher, and always gluten free. Which makes their seasonings the ideal option to add flavor and nutrition to each meal. One teaspoon of enspice seasoning contains 50% of the FDA daily value of vitamins and minerals.
Cooking with enspice
I have made quite a handful delicious meals with my enspice seasonings, including some healthy freezer meals for after baby arrives and a recipe to share!
Cooked and in the freezer I have, my Loaded Veggie Bake, Meat balls, Sloppy Joes with hidden veggies, and Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Lactation Cookies. All made with enspice seasonings for added flavor and nutrition. The best part about the added vitamins and minerals in the seasonings is that my children have no idea! Simple pan seared chicken seasoned with enspice‘s Chipotle BBQ seasoning has been a big hit at my house this week.
